模拟矿井巷道支护结构受力性能检测评估与加固技术研究

Research on assessment of structural behavior and retrofit techniques for supporting system of a simulated crossheading with rectangular section

摘要: 针对模拟矿井综采工作面运输巷矩形断面支护结构的病害,通过现场几何测量和结构力学性质检测,采用有限元法建立了相应的分析模型并进行计算,结果表明:巷道顶板地表填土作业时自重较大的推土机械直接在顶板上方往复施工碾压、填土压实、过大堆载和施工顺序不当是造成巷道顶板挠度过大、混凝土剥落面积较多、无法满足正常使用的主要原因。在此基础上提出的加固技术方案可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。

Abstract: Based on the field test of geometric sizes and assessment of structural properties for supporting system with rectangular section, used for the conveyor of fully mechanized coal face at a simulated crossheading, as some structural diseases occurred after its construction, the calculating models according to finite element method are established and the numerical results are obtained, the survey conclusions drawn from the spot are verified also, finally the strengthening technical solution for the supporting system is presented, which can be referenced by the practice.
